Happy new year!

The Chinese plum is the first flower that blooms in the new year - in late January when snow still covers the branches.

Here is an unnamed kitten sneaking out of her house at night to dance under the plum trees.

I think this is the most purple thing I've ever done! I have no idea how long I spent on this. It was drawn on paper and then colored in SAI and photoshop as usual. My favorite part was drawing the flowers in the background, SAI is so magical! I loved doing every single petal :XD:

I can't think of what else to say about this ^^
I think this is my most detailed background ever, but it was actually not much work.
